# Widgeto > Widgeto is the AI chatbot you install on your website. It reads your pages and your documents and answers customers using only your company's own content, 24 hours a day. Live in under an hour, no code required. Widgeto indexes your website, your documents (PDF, Word, price lists, manuals) and external sources, then answers visitors in over 50 languages, recognising the language of the question. If a question falls outside its knowledge it says so clearly and redirects the user, instead of inventing an answer. Private sources can be uploaded and used to answer without ever being shown to the end customer. You can also define suggested questions (FAQs): the chatbot shows them as clickable shortcuts and the AI answers them from your content. The widget is customisable (colours, position, welcome message, avatar) and can be made fully white-label with a €19/month add-on, available on every plan.
